تطبيق مراح تك - إدارة الأغنام

في مراح تك ("نحن"، "الشركة"، "التطبيق")، نحترم خصوصيتك ونلتزم بحماية معلوماتك الشخصية وبيانات حلالك. توضح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيفية جمعنا واستخدامنا وكشفنا وحمايتنا للمعلومات عند استخدامك تطبيق إدارة الأغنام (التطبيق) على أجهزة iOS أو غيرها.

باستخدام التطبيق، فإنك توافق على الممارسات الموضحة في هذه السياسة. إذا كنت لا توافق، يرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.

1. المعلومات التي نجمعها

نقسم المعلومات إلى فئتين رئيسيتين:

أ. البيانات التي تقدمها أنت بنفسك (بيانات المستخدم والمزرعة):

• معلومات الحساب (إذا اخترت إنشاء حساب): البريد الإلكتروني، الاسم، ورقم الجوال فقط.
• بيانات الحلال : أرقام الأغنام، السلالات، تواريخ الولادة، سجلات التلقيح والحمل والولادة، السجلات الصحية (التطعيمات، العلاجات، الأمراض)، الأوزان، الملاحظات.
• معلومات الاتصال إذا تواصلت مع الدعم (البريد الإلكتروني أو الرسائل).

ب. البيانات التي نجمعها تلقائياً:

• معلومات الجهاز: نوع الجهاز، إصدار نظام التشغيل، معرف الجهاز (UUID)، عنوان IP.
• بيانات الاستخدام: كيفية استخدام التطبيق (الميزات المستخدمة، الأخطاء، الوقت المستغرق) – تُجمع بشكل مجهول لتحسين التطبيق.

2. كيف نستخدم معلوماتك

نستخدم المعلومات للأغراض التالية:

• توفير وتشغيل خدمات التطبيق (إدارة القطيع، التقارير، التذكيرات).
• تمكين التزامن والنسخ الاحتياطي (إذا اخترت).
• الرد على استفسارات الدعم والتواصل.
• تحليل الاستخدام المجهول لتحسين التطبيق وإصلاح الأخطاء.
• الامتثال للقوانين أو المتطلبات القانونية.

3. مشاركة المعلومات

لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية أو بيانات حلالك لأي طرف ثالث لأغراض تسويقية. قد نشارك المعلومات في الحالات التالية فقط:

• مع مزودي الخدمات الموثوقين (مثل خدمات التخزين السحابي أو التحليلات المجهولة) الذين يلتزمون بحماية بياناتك.
• إذا طُلب ذلك قانونياً (محكمة، جهة حكومية).
• لحماية حقوقنا أو أمان المستخدمين.

4. التخزين والأمان

• البيانات المحلية مخزنة مشفرة على جهازك.
• البيانات المرسلة إلى الخادم (عند التزامن أو الاستخدام) محمية بتشفير نقل البيانات (HTTPS) وتشفير في حالة السكون على الخوادم.
• نستخدم تدابير أمنية معقولة تجارياً، بما في ذلك تشفير كلمات المرور (إذا تم إنشاء حساب)، لكن لا يوجد نظام آمن 100% – نحن غير مسؤولين عن الاختراقات الناتجة عن عوامل خارجة عن سيطرتنا.

5. حقوقك

يمكنك:

• الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصديرها من التطبيق.
• حذف حسابك وبياناتك (سيؤدي إلى حذف البيانات من خوادمنا).
• التواصل معنا لطلب تصحيح أو حذف البيانات.

6. الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجه للأطفال دون 13 سنة (أو 16 في بعض الدول). لا نجمع بيانات من الأطفال عمداً.

7. التغييرات على السياسة

قد نحدث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سننشر النسخة الجديدة داخل التطبيق ونحدث تاريخ "آخر تحديث". استمرار استخدامك بعد التغييرات يعني موافقتك.

Privacy Policy

Mrah Tech - Sheep Management App

At Mrah Tech ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "the App"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information and your herd data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Sheep Management application (the "App") on iOS devices or otherwise.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

We divide the information into two main categories:

A. Information You Provide Directly (User and Herd Data):

• Account information (if you choose to create an account): email address, name, and mobile phone number only.
• Flock data: sheep identification numbers, breeds, birth dates, breeding and pregnancy records, lambing records, health records (vaccinations, treatments, diseases), weights, notes.
• Contact information if you communicate with support (email or messages).

B. Information We Collect Automatically:

• Device information: device type, operating system version, device identifier (UUID), IP address.
• Usage data: how you use the App (features used, errors, time spent) — collected anonymously to improve the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information for the following purposes:

• To provide and operate the App's services (flock management, reports, reminders).
• To enable synchronization and backup (if you choose to use these features).
• To respond to support inquiries and communications.
• To analyze anonymous usage data to improve the App and fix bugs.
• To comply with legal obligations or requirements.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information or herd data to any third party for marketing purposes. We may share information only in the following cases:

• With trusted service providers (e.g., cloud storage services or anonymous analytics providers) who are bound to protect your data.
• If required by law (court order, government authority).
• To protect our rights or the safety of users.

4. Storage and Security

• Local data is stored encrypted on your device.
• Data sent to the server (during sync or usage) is protected with transport encryption (HTTPS) and encryption at rest on our servers.
• We use commercially reasonable security measures, including password encryption (if an account is created), but no system is 100% secure — we are not responsible for breaches caused by factors beyond our control.

5. Your Rights

You may:

• Access or export your data from the App.
• Delete your account and data (which will result in deletion from our servers).
• Contact us to request correction or deletion of your data.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age (or 16 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version within the App and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
